v     PAYMENTS

Heavenly Angels Child Care is open Monday through Friday.  Times are individually contracted according to the parents work schedules.

Weekly child care fees are paid by 9:15 am on Monday of the week of care, a $5.00 per day late fee will be charged and full payment will be expected in cash. 

Overtime charges will apply both before and after your individually contracted hours.  Fees are $1.00 per minute and are payable in cash no later than the time of pickup of your child.

Rates for individual medication care (if it takes 15 minutes or more) is $20.00 a week plus regular fee. 

A $150.00 fee will be charged and held as a deposit before care begins.  It will be applied to your weekly fees upon proper termination of the contract.

The provider reserves the right to refuse care if child care fees, late fees, NSF fees or any other fees are not paid as agreed upon, until such payments are made in full. Additionally, the parent will be held responsible for any bank charges incurred by the provider.

The State of Illinois requires that all forms are completed, signed and returned prior to the first day of child care.  Paperwork must be updated as needed.
